Grilled Sriracha Corn

Grilled Sriracha Corn


1/2 cup/125 mL unsalted butter, chopped into cubes

1 tsp/5 mL Watkins Sriracha Seasoning

1/2 tsp/2.5 mL Watkins Garlic Powder

1/4 tsp/1.25 mL Watkins Coarse Sea Salt, freshly ground

8 ears fresh corn, shucked

2 tbsp/30 mL olive oil

Watkins Coarse Sea Salt and Watkins Whole Black Peppercorn, freshly-ground, to taste


In a large bowl beat the butter until light and fluffy. Add Sriracha, garlic and salt. Beat until well blended. Brush corn with olive oil and Sriracha butter. Grill on all sides until lightly charred and tender, 8-10 minutes. When done, season corn with salt and pepper. Serve with remaining Sriracha butter.
