1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup crispy rice cereal
1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup (2 sticks) butter, cut into 16 pieces
1 1/2 tbsp poppy seeds
1/2 tsp Watkins Pure Anise Extract
Combine flour, rice cereal, confectioners' sugar and salt with 3 to 4 pulses in food processor. Add butter, several pieces at a time, pulsing until dough starts to come together. Add poppy seeds and Watkins Anise Extract, pulsing to combine. Spread dough into ungreased 9x13 inch baking pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes or until pale golden brown. Cook completely on wire rack. Cut into 24 rectangles, 6 cuts on the 9 inch side, 4 cuts on the 13 inch side.
