I remember when I was a child in the 60's and my mother used to tell me "Mark, only use 1/2 of what the recipe calls for because Watkins Vanilla is double strength." GREAT PRODUCT

My grandma used to use this vanilla and it's the best! It doesn't have that awful alcohol flavor that most vanillas have. It's impossible to describe how good this is and how wonderful it makes everything you put it in. You will not be disappointed!

My Grandmother sold Watkins door to door in the 30's and swore by it! 2 Generations later, we are never without the Double Strength Vanilla and many other products. My children also know that Christmas Cookies cannot be baked without Watkins Vanilla!

My Grandmother sold Watkins door to door way back when. If she were alive today she would be 115 years young! She SWORE by ALL Watkins products but ESPECIALLY this vanilla! I use ONLY this vanilla for baking and get RAVE reviews! Everyone asks me my secret and I tell them..."LIQUID GOLD! Watkins Double Strength Vanilla!" Only the best!!!

I first remember my grandmother using the double strength vanilla extract. I would sometimes just sit and sniff it because it smelled so good. My other grandmother used it instead of cologne. And when Momma made snow cream....WOW! There's almost a smooth smoky undertaste to your vanilla that adds a special quality to it. And the flavor does not bake out in the oven. I used to flavor my kids' milk with it because they didn't like plain mild, but I didn't want them having sugary stuff like chocolate syrup or powdered chocolate drink mixes. They loved it. They honestly thought there was sugar in it. So glad y'all are still in business. Too many other companies that we baby boomers used have gone out of business.
